Where the Light Falls

Wow! I’ve wanted to paint ocotillo blossoms for a long time, but they are such a difficult subject to capture! They are generally so tiny and they make just the tiniest splash of color on the landscape. Their intricacy is so captivating that I decided to focus on that.
